Hey guys, I desperately need the black omp position sensor pictured below, if you have an extra used omp I want to buy it!

Name: omp2_zpsde37cd26.jpg

If you have an extra one laying around or your local salvage yard has an rx8 you can pull it off I will throw some cash your way.

Thanks for the heads up, I will take what I can get. But I guess a used omp for the right price would be the preferred option then.

The MOP without the sensor is pretty much useless. The problem is if there's a failure it's hard to determine if the sensor or the MOP is bad. It's pretty much a package deal.

Well I know my omp is still functional (minus the sensor) because I broke the clip in half when installing the down pipe. I guess if someone had the sensor they would most likely have the omp as well since its not common to separate the two. I will be more than happy to buy either the sensor alone or both sensor and omp if anyone has either!

How bad did you break it. If the lid is still in good shape it probably can be fixed temperarily. PM Me and I'll try to talk you through it.
