Several reasons actually.

I have been convinced for years it was a great idea, you can probably find many responses by me defending it in multiple threads over the years.

I decided after my 8 quit running 3 years ago I would get one on my replacement engine.
I have a new engine that is getting installed in September.

I reached out to the person who is standing behind the 3 year warranty on the engine if it would void the warranty and he never responded.
As I have kind of pestered him for several months about the new engine I decided to drop it in case he was getting sick of me asking him stuff.

I asked Kyle from The Rotary Doctor in Neosho if he would install it for me while he was swapping it out and he was skeptical about it, so that planted a seed of doubt in my mind.

Recently I bumped some old threads about it and got some more feedback, also some of the OMP threads have several of the guys more knowledgeable than I about the OMP discussing it and some of their talk has led me to wonder if I want to take the chance on my $6k investment.

Even though I still think it's a good idea in theory, the combination of doubts planted in my mind along with the idea of defeating the function of the Mazda engineered OMP on a brand new engine and the vendor's silence on the warranty question has me concerned.

Quite a few guys have expressed enough disappointment in not being able to get one that I thought it I would be a good idea to offer it up to someone else who really wants one.

I would maybe like to get one eventually down the road if the doubts in my mind get supplanted with more confidence in it.

It's probably not smart to express doubt in a product I'm trying to sell, but I have a conscience and I'm not going to make up some bogus reason for selling it.

All that being said, I would like to get more than I paid for it assuming the issues Epitroch has said they were having with component supplies along with the fact they're not answering emails leads me to believe they're not doing business anymore.
I feel if they do come back with all the supply chain issues and inflation their price on it will substantially increase and I'll feel like a big idiot for selling it.

I'm going to finish my "refresh" (not rebuild, engine is still good) in the next couple weeks and I already pouring more into it than planned. Don't wanna pour more than 20% over cost for the kit. My Vehicross will also need some love before winter...

I don't care if you list it for 250 obo or 300 obo, whatever, but you were informed already you needed one.

This is not an auction site, of course you can request what you want, but it has to be realistic.
