Description: Up for sale is a set of lightly used Kosei K4R wheels. Here are the detailed specs:

Bolt pattern - 5x114.3
Diameter - 17"
Width - 8"
offset - 50
Color - Anthracite Grey
Weight - 14.9 lbs!!!

Condition: They were used for 6 auto-x events, but in mint shape. No dings, dents, knicks, scratches etc. Please look at the detailed pictures!
These are a great racing setup at 14.9 lbs and even lighter than RPF1's. Even with spacers, you will be lighter than most other wheel options out there.
I paid $760 for these a few months ago. last I checked, these are unavailable from Tire Rack. I am selling them as I don't have my s2000 anymore.

I also have 4 dunlop direzza Star Specs in staggered combination of 235/40 and 245/40. I will sell tires separately for $500 + shipping if someone is interested in them. They are off the wheels already

Is your price 600 with tires or 600 + the 500 for the tires?

He says selling separately, the way he worded the sentence before that just made it confusing. "I have a set of ..... to go with these." That made it sound like he was selling them together, even if the next sentence contradicted it. Just clarifying it!

I honestly don't want to thread-crap, but I also don't want to see anyone hurt either. Goggle "kosei cracks" and read to form your own opinion.

 

Have you had personal experience with a Kosei crack, esp this wheel style and can you post some pics?

This is my 3rd set of Koseis and I have had no issues - I autoxed all of them, so no hellaflush hardparking here. Lots of s2k owners also use Kosei.

You can look up Rota cracks, Volk cracks, BBS cracks and probably find stuff on the internet. Heck there is a guy who posted a pic of his OEM wheel destroyed by hitting a curb on here somewhere. It happens, luck of the draw.

Also, The Kosei K1 was the only one I can find pics of prone to cracking. None of the K4R.
