I don't have any close ups of the wheels, but I can tell you these are not lookers, they're scuffed and missing the center caps. I'll try to get pics posted this weekend.

The wheels are 18"x7.5" and would be a great second set for winter tires, etc. I wouldn't buy these as a primary set.

The wheels come with spline lug nuts and socket. The wheels also come with plastic centering rings, and are drilled for two bolt patterns, so these could fit on other cars, but no idea what.

By your signature, with the B Stock titles, I would assume that these wheels are BS legal. Is this true? No posted offset, so I just wanted to make sure...

Yes, they are BStock legal. However the are .5" narrower than stock. So What I ended up doing was putting street tires on these wheels and putting my compounds on the stock wheels. This way I could get the widest rubber possible on the car.
