So thanks to some members here I was able to get my hands on two junked rotors

Just curious if anyone has any crapped out housings so that I can use to display my rotors. Just curious on pricing.

hahahah i knew someone was gunna say that. I see the rotors sitting on my fireplace mantle every day, and im like "hrmm, maybe if it was sitting in the housing it would look even better".

Chances are there arent too many laying around as I assume the housings have a better chance of being salvaged than a rotor with heat welded seals lol. And I assume they would cost a bit to ship, but hey, you never know.

that awesome guy that sold you those rotors, may have the housings out of the same engine they came out of.

well, thats the hard part.
aluminum scrap is worth a bit. and shipping these things sucks (ive shipped several of them in the past for various reasons)
i guess i could do $30 each, but you will have to cover shipping of course.
they are quite large and shipping is usually expensive. just letting you know ahead of time. send me your zip again, and ill get a quote for shipping for 1, and 2 of them, and let you know.

Yea honestly I figured as much, wish I lived close so that we didn't have to ship. Don't go through the trouble, shipping would probably put the cost above a hobby fun purchase
