Up for sale is a GROM Audio USB aux input module. I originally bought this because I thought it was pretty slick being able to keep factory steering wheel controls and keep the factory radio all while playing your music from a USB flash drive, or from your smartphone (this is how I had it). I went for the extra 3.5mm plug and extra charging cable (I assume for Iphones). I also opted for the Bluetooth add-on as well. Overall, this worked great. Bluetooth Mic cable was long enough to reach the top of the windshield pillar where I had it mounted and people said they could hear me just fine.
I had all my music stored on my phone and I plugged my phone into the cable and it automatically opened the app they have to play the songs. It displayed all the song info and most of the cover art on your Android smartphone. It also would charge your Android phone while plugged in. I've never had an Iphone so I cannot comment on how it works with that.


The reason I'm selling it is to ultimately upgrade to a Double DIN radio. The only problems I've had with this setup is because my phone would go stupid when I got a text or email and it would freeze. I am still rockin' a Samsung Galaxy S3, LOL! I tried this with my wifes phone and never had an issue, so I know it's my phone.


I have only had this installed for a summer season, so its barely used. I was going to keep it but I put a touchscreen Double DIN radio in my truck and its sweet, so I've decided to sell this and upgrade my headunit. As I have it configured, on GROM's website, this all is $217 plus shipping.


I am asking $180 shipped O.B.O in the lower 48 states. As you can see in the picture I still have the original box and all the instructions that came with it.
