GI: OEM Floor Mats or All-Weather Mats

I have a set of OEM carpet floor mats that are in really good shape (only used for about 2000 miles) and a set of OEM rubber all-weather floor mats (used for about 26K miles, but in good shape). I am looking to trade in my car sometime soon and one of the sets will go with the car and one will be sold. Does anyone have interest in either set? I'll take some pictures later when I have an idea or what people are looking for. Looking at $40 for either set. Thanks.

$40 for non-OEM all weather mats that can be picked up new for $30-$40 at Pep Boys or Wally Mart? What am I missing here?
