I got a stock white RX-8 hood. It's in perfect condition. My cousin replaced his hood with a cabon fiber one and wrecked his car and this has been sitting at my house for a year. Asking for $100 FIRM. Local pickup in Orange County / Socal only.

Gear shifter - as a reply to your PM - sorry, $100 is pretty much where I'm maxed out considering the market on these and what I plan on trying. Understandable if you can't go that low, I was halfway joking when I first posted.

hey dood just so you know i tried rreally hard for 2 months to sell mine for $120, then $110, then i believe i even went to $100 and no one would pick it up in SoCal....

It sucked i had to sell my CF... whites just a pretty rare color...

what year rx8 did that hood come off? trying to figure out if its white water pearl or crystal white pearl

 

I believe it came off of an '06, but I know for sure the color is white water pearl.

 

They're the same color, just a different name

Thought I had mixed & matched them without issue on my '05 WWP but maybe I'm mistaken

 

I was under the same impression as Team, though I don't doubt you either. This is also why I thought Mazda didn't list Crystal White as an option for items such as the MS kit.

 

base coat between the 2 whites are the same but the pearl is different..crystal white pearl seems to be much brighter and shows more pearl/flake in the finish (once you have the 2 colors side by side there's quite a big difference)
