Another local might be looking for the dash piece and I have been looking for screens. The A/C protector you speak of...that is the one that just goes over the radiator right? Not visible from the outside...yes?

pics! the a/c protector is brand new! never installed on my car. the oil screens was on my car for around 50 miles before i got the MS front!

 

If the a/c protector is new why is it rusting already? And do the instructions say how to install with the fog lights installed already?

 

it does look like rust it looks like he used carbon steel screws on stainless and cross contamination which is surface rust nothing a sos pad cant fix so it was mounted at one point

 

^it's not rust. it's the welding points and the screws are still in it's package (it's even in the pic if you didnt see it). i guess the camera lighting made it look like it was rusting.

IT HAS NEVER BEEN INSTALLED ON MY CAR. and i dont blame ya if u guys thought it was rust because when i got it from RB, i thought it was rust, too.
and it does tell u how to install if u have foglights

here are close up pics of the welding points. the mounting points are the holes next to the welding points. Pictures of the unopened mounting brackets, again.

 

here are some more pictures for those that are paranoid and wont believe.
you can see that there are no marks on the mounting points. and the "rust" you speak of are just welding points.

 

ok those are deffently welds running a little hot for stainless (supposed to be gold no blue or purple coloring) but welds none the less free bump

 

I'll take all the screens. Let me see what TJ wants to do about the dash piece so we can get them in one box.

hey john idk if i need that dash piece because i keep looking for any info on it but so far it looks like the pod is the whole dash piece. if you know for sure than ill definitely get this piece.
