Thats just the stock exhaust with the muffler cut off. He just welded on the end of it.

plenty of the Stock class autocrossers and trackers have run these, yes it's loud, your ears will ring for a day or two after a 6 hour cruise on the interstate, some of you new people should post less and search more, this site has a ton of information for those who are more interested in learning a thing or two rather than running off at the keyboard, particularly in a FS thread
