FS: OEM header and cat

Header removed at 60,000 miles, good condition SOLD
Catalytic converter removed at 40,000 miles ~150

So, the Catalytic converter, is it the whole pipe with the cat, or just the cat itself that was cut out from the pipe?
and would u ship to Canada?

it's the pipe itself, needs bolts... Shipping would cost extra for Canada though, eh? The problem is that I'd like to sell this as a Rx8 oem cat pipe, not sell the core for 150. If you can pay for shipping I'll do it for 175
