ok guys here are some pics. as you can see one of the OEM bolts that connect the cat to the exhaust is snapped, this can be fixed at a muffler shop.

it has some scratching on the bottom, after all this is used; but i guarantee she works. it was on my 8 about 2 months ago before i switched it to my AP midpipe:
