FS Complete Navigation System

I have a complete navigation system with the main body harness and dash harness as well. Monitor, dvd, controls.

I could just buy a GPS and put it on the dash that would probably work better for $100.

The dashboard assembly ITSELF is worth $500 - just note.

Just bought a navigon 5100 for $125
traffic info is FREE!
maps, I can download from torrent sites if needed.

BTW, great that u sold it.

I assume you want to be educated. The reason why you would go with this navigation system over the stuck to the windshield kind is simple. Nobody else can use it in their car...unless they happen to own an 8. It is a clean install and doesn't invite people to smash your window and grab the gps. Id say the price is pretty high...but he was able to unload it so someone thought it was better than the $2000 it costs new.

i didnt think this would last too long. even at $1000, that may be a lot of money, but its a steal for this.

A more than fair asking price for the OEM nav imo. One could, of course, get the Metra dash/integration kit and install any of the many aftermarket radio/nav HU's on the market as an alternative to either a stand-alone GPS's and the OEM. Nothing that most of you don't already know already, but for someone who wanted to keep the factory look as much as possible, what mrmazda7 was offering was certainly a good deal.
