they were stuck on pretty hard and the guy i was paying to get them off my car wanted another $200 to pry them out and said he couldnt guarantee that they'd be ok...so i clearly said f'it too bad.

rust...they did go through a winter. the shocks aren't rusty but the car parts holding the shock are...it was a nightmare installing them in the first place, took 4 hours to get the stock shocks off in the back.

1. They are wider but have an offset to give them near stock fit...i was on coilovers that dropped me about 1.5 inches and i had no issues with 245 wide rubber. If this is an autox question, yes you'll be in STX not bstock anymore i think

2. When i weighed them when they came in they were 18.0lbs each. With rubber each corner was 6lbs lighter than stock yet with 20mm more rubber in width. Definitely significant.
