FS: 4080 boxes with Image Dynamics ID v3 - local pickup SoCal
SOLD!
Hello,
I'm selling my matching pair of 4080 boxes each with an Image Dynamics IDv3 10" Dual 2 ohm subwoofer in it. These subs have seen about one and a half year of use but I rarely drive the car (it still has only 20,600 miles on it and my 3-year lease is up in October). They were powered by an Alpine amp and were never abused. They sound amazing in the car for 10" subs. They are in excellent condition. The only sign of use is that the Image Dynamics sticker is separating from the woofer cones at the edges but this is simply cosmetic and I'm sure can be fixed with some crazy glue.
I'd rather not split everything up, but am aware that I might have to, so here's the breakdown:
$500 for complete set local pickup only
---------------OR-----------------
$275 for left-hand-side 4080 box and subwoofer local pickup only
$275 for right-hand-side 4080 box and subwoofer local pickup only
---------------OR-----------------
$180 for left-hand-side 4080 box local pickup only
$180 for right-hand-side 4080 box local pickup only
$110 for left-hand-side subwoofer local pickup or buyer pays actual shipping anywhere in US
$110 for right-hand-side subwoofer local pickup or buyer pays actual shipping anywhere in US
As you can see, if you just pick up the full set you'll save some money!
I am located in Los Angeles where the 101 and 405 meet.

And, here's a link to the Image Dynamics ID v3 subs: http://www.imagedynamicsusa.com/prod...&Product_Id=11
And finally, here's the pics I took today:
Thanks,
Fil

these are the exact same type of boxes that I have in my car, I HIGHLY recommend them!
such an awesome price, I'm sure SOME local will pick them up from you.

kinchu, I might know a local who will be interested in taking one of these boxes off your hands. (I think he needs the drivers side)
I sent him a PM

These are dual 2 ohm, so I wired them up in series to have 4 ohm at the outside terminals. For just one of them, I think a decent 300W @ 4 ohm mono-block amp will work perfect. You could even go 400W since the box is relatively small.
Thanks Jorge! I'm glad you saw this thread
