I listed for $100. Like you said, I figured it wasn't a reasonable price, so I sold it for $20.

The numbers are correct. Front didn't have any rubbing at all. Rear had some rub when crossing a bump. But after I rolled my rear fenders no rubbing anymore any conditions.

plenty of people here run 275s in the +40 to +45 offset range on 9.5" wheels without issue

By the way, those rims shouldn't rub even without rolling your rear fenders. I have run almost exactly the same (+43 instead of 44) with a 285 series tire in the rear.
