FS: 05' Mazda RX-8 stock exhaust, no midpipe

Hey i have a 05' RX-8 stock exhaust i just pulled off my car so i could put on my new one.
This exhaust has no midpipe because i couldnt get the main exhause unit off without cutting it, i tried avoiding this but there was nothing i could do as the non-seizing lube didnt work.

There is a minor cut to the connector on the exhaust where the midpipe would connect but it shouldnt be a problem if you correctly attach ur new midpipe right

I live in the DFW area of Texas if anyone wants to look/ drive by and check it out, you can email/pm me if you have any questions or want pictures as i couldnt figure out how to attach them

My email is wbpsports@yahoo.com thanks!!!

Good luck selling the catback (most can't give them away). You didn't cut the "midpipe." The "midpipe" is where the cat is.

..

i put my exhaust on the street with a sign saying "FREE EXHAUST!" it still took 3 days. my neighbor took it, i figured someone with an early 90s civic would take it.

but putting a $100 price tag on something that every stock rx8 comes with and is one of the first mods most people do?

personally, i'd start with $50. and then wait for someone who is going back to stock. (plan to wait a few months.)

you are going to have problems giving it away. honestly a junkyard will probably give you more money.

I did end up selling mine to someone who bought an 8 used and it had a horribly loud exhaust on it. Just plan to wait a long time.
