i am currlenty depolyed but will be back in the states with my car in kansas around oct. nov, was wanting to see if anyone wanted to trade there black/red interior front,back seats and door panles for my cloth interior, i will of course pay money with the trade. dont have picture of my interior all in good condition when i left a year ago

 

doubt you'll find anyone wanting to down grade. Best bet is to find a salvage/part out or someone who's upgraded to racing seats (for the seats obviously).

I did a lot of waiting and bargain hunting and paid about $1k for all 6 panel pieces, 4 seats, and red/black leather steering wheel....I can't hardly give away the cloth interior pieces.

still worth the money for the change....so sweet!

 

Honestly, I have the red-black leather interior and have ridden in a few 8s with the cloth...

The cloth seats seem to have better lateral support than the leather, they also seem cooler and they hold you to the seat better instead of shifting on the seat.

Each time I've ridden in them I have to make a comment about them.

But... to give up the leather, you're asking the person to give up their heated seat, 8 way adjustable power seats, and the over-all look of the car. . . that's a tall order.

I think Rotary Kills is right, you'd better be prepared to throw in some serious cash.

 

naw, there are some members who trade for cloth since cloth seats are lighter.
