It's to my understanding that you and getreddy2greddy have worked out a tentative deal for this? Me and him are supposed to go in together on this, but it appears you are still looking to sell it?

If not, I am wanting the sirius add on stuff by itself, so perhaps I can work out a deal with you directly for the sirius half, and you can sell the head unit to someone else who is not interested in sirius?

After chatting with shinka and doing some research last night, I have learned that 04 decks are not compatible with the sirius add on. You have to have an 05+ deck which has the capability and plug. This means that I'd have to buy the deck and the sirius package.

Since I dont want the white lights, and it is unclear/unlikely whether the entire light board can be swapped back out for red, I am not sure I want this particular head unit. The only other option for me is to find a different 05+ sirius compatible head unit with stock red lighting, and combine it with this sirius package...something that will probably not be easy to do.

Due to this and other factors, I withdraw my interest from this deal and apologize to the seller for wasting her time. Unless someone can offer another solution, such as a head unit trade out.

 

I like this head unit. Hey Rotary Resurrection, I have an 04. I'l take out my head unit and trade you for this one, if you decide on buying it. I do not want the sirius add on. But I really like the white LEDs and the rotory ****.

 

uh, thanks for the offer, but that wouldnt do me any good. I also have an 04 and need an 05+ deck to use with the sirius. If any 05+ owners want to make a similar trade I would be up for that.
