Thumbs up Feeler/FS: Bose HU with Sirius Receiver
Hey All

im gonna take the plunge and go with an aftermarket HU....
so the Bose from my 05 shinka will be available...its got custom white LEDS and a sirius receiver....

I have no clue what its worth...but asking $300 obo...plus shipping...

what do you mean it got custom white LEDs? Did you replace them yourself? Got a pic? sounds interesting... What firmware version?

it has the 6CD changer....

the custom white LEDS were done by our own Lurch519....

they replaced those orangie/red type ones...
they looks really noice....

i will see if i can find a pic where you can actually get a good look see...

this would be an excellent purchase for some who has or had damage to their existing bose and wants to add sirius sat...the sirius sat receiver will not work with other HUs ...its made specifically for mazda and the bose...

ill trade you a sunroof assymbly for it.... or a full dash? Ok .. atleast some info on how you did the led lights....

from what i understand, its a very tedious process....
the HU has to be removed and each LED is replaced...i think they have to be soddered and there are many of them....
about the size of a dime...

but dont quote me on that...PM Lurch519 for more info...

PS...dont need a sunroof assembly...

the HU is out...havent found the sirius receiver yet...must be well hidden...

i will sell the HU without the sirius .....either way...

whatever works...

all components have been removed from the car...

1. Piano black face plate with white LEDs & Pettit Racing radio ****
2. Bose HU 6 CD changer - Sirius Sat radio ready
3. Sirius receiver
4. Sirius receiver wiring harness
5. Sirius receiver antenna

ready to be shipped!!
