If the other bearings are dark like this one they are shot. I just about always replace bearings as part of a build. Sounds like Something is up with your eshaft or you are putting the motor together wrong. Let me know what you want to do. Clear your pm box cause I can't message you.

Yes I have 2 great condition rotor housings. I'd say they are a 8/9 out of a 10.
