Lol... sorry Mark. Car ADD. That, and I just don't have much confidence that the new transmission is going to stand up to repeated track abuse. I spend a fair amount of time instructing, so if I can't track it, it's time to sell it.

Not sure exactly what I'm going to do long term. I'm leaning towards buying an AP1 S2000 (or maybe an early 350Z - everyone likes a dark horse, right?) as a track/STR/project car, but I doubt I'll have anything built in time for the early part of this season. So, I'll be ride whoring locally for awhile, and I'm looking for a seat for the Texas Pro and Tour next season. Let me know if you've ever got an open seat - I'd love to drive a well prepped RX-8. :D

 

I don't have any problem letting you jump in for a run or two at a local event or mini-course, but my intention is to run solo at National level events

I will have some other parts available for sale next week after I've got them cleaned up and photographed (17x9 +35mm silver RPF1s, 17x9 +35mm black FN01RCs, like new Carbotech XP10 front pads, new OEM front pads, RP Supercat with custom resonator, ultralight custom axleback exhaust with a Hushpower muffler, etc.), so keep your eyes peeled!
