Listed this as "Used" but I only managed to use it for about an hour. The kit that I had came with some broken bulbs so I have no use for these ballasts since I got a good deal on a new kit. Price is 40 for both or 20 for one. I will ship via priority mail and shipping will cost 3.99.

Note: This is for ballasts only, the picture I provided shows a ballast and a bulb but the bulb is NOT included (sorry for the confusion).
