guys: Rotary Rasp's car turned into a ball of flames on the freeway, he's driving a Bimmer these days.

don't think you guys will see a DIY or a GB on these as this was a lot more then a mere plug & play system.

I think this would be a great diy. Are there any other threads with this project in them? Part numbers for the ballasts, etc. If no one else does this I probably will. This is exactly what I've been looking for.

Dealership didn't attach a fuel line correctly if I remember correctly. Caused his car to catch on fire while he drove down the highway. He drives a BMW now. He made a thread with pictures and everything if you are interested.

FWIW, I have a set of 10,000K on my Mz 3 and while the color is ok (actually a bit too blue for me), the visibility is reduced enough to make me want to go down to 6,000K.

what would be a good option to match the factory color of the lights? I'm really not into the blue lights, but would like to upgrade the foglights and this looks like it's pretty close to what I'm looking for. I'm planning to upgrade the low beams also.

Factory color is 4200K, Anything between 4000K and 5000K will be close.
