I have one off an 09 - you after just the lid and hinge assembly? Also I'm in Sydney so postage will take a week. What's your offer?

Why not just order the leatherett cover vs. the whole lid from the dealer or go to a leather shop auto upholstery and they can cut and sew a cover for maybe $40.00?
