Sup guys?

So, after removing the turbo kit off my 8, I am now in need of an intake.

I don't have the accordion OEM piping either.

I would prefer a Mazdaspeed intake, but I'm in a time crunch...so if someone has even the stock COMPLETE factory intake, air box, accordion piping, etc...I would even consider that, if it's cheap enough.

Shipping will be to Mazdatrix's shop in Signal Hill, CA 90755

Please post, PM, or text me ASAP.

PayPal standing by.

TX Mishimoto Intake

Mike,

I currently have installed a Mishimoto CF Intake and am looking to replace it with a MS or AEM. It has no cracks and filter is in good shape.

http://www.swapshopracing.com/contents/en-us/d129.html

Link to site that sells them.

I do not have a pic of it right now as I am at the office but I can get one of it on the car if you PM me.

I will sell it to you for $100 as soon as I order my AEM / MS intake.

I would still need the rubber accordion piece.

If you can include that, then sure, $100 shipped or..?

I hear mixed reviews on the AEM, so I wanna stay away from that.

Sorry, could you please clarify then exactly what it is you have and are trying to sell?

I don't know how much to offer for the OEM stuff when people are selling their aftermarket intakes for only like $200 shipped, like the Mazdaspeed intake that just sold..

Shipping is to San Diego, CA 92108...

Can you guys PM me your prices, please?

Yoshi, you say you have heard mixed things on the AEM but you say you would like a Mazdasped one...you do know they are the same right?

No, I was not aware that they were the same.

Based on pictures, it looks like their piping is basically routed the same way..but John @ Mazdatrix basically said they suck, and a local forum friend mentioned that that they are really loud?

I'd honestly like a Racing Beat Rev-i Intake more than anything...but I can't find one used, Mazdatrix wants like ~$600+ for one retail w/ the duct, and then I would STILL need the OEM rubber snorkel/accordion thing.

I openly admit my ignorance on the different intakes, so input/suggestions are appreciated.

Wouldn't surprise me, based on the efficient ducting system used by the factory intake and Racing Beat w/ duct.

At this point, unless I can score a decent aftermarket intake for like $100-$200.....I'd rather just go with a completely stock intake/airbox setup and do it the right way later on with the Racing Beat, when I have a little more money.

Either way, if you've got the complete stock setup or any aftermarket intakes for sale at all...

Please go ahead and just PM me your price + shipping to Mazdatrix's shop in Signal Hill, CA 90755.

I need it to get there ASAP so they can have the car finished by my next pay day (the 15th). That's just my own personal deadline.
