Just FYI the CAT could be worth a lot more. Scrap prices are crazy right now, I have seen people offering $750+ for used CATs that are not broken up. Just thought id mention, call around and see what local scrappers offer.

Is that a direct replacement for OEM?
Are the vents functional?
