Hello 8 club. Sold my rx8 this weekend and have the old engine in the garage. I tore it down halfway and one rotor/housing should be reusable along with the eshaft. Price is $300 Obo for everything. Also have an omp and injectors + lines for another $100. This is all Obo I just want this all out of my garage. I have a couple RE Amemiya shirts too I could sell for cheap if anyone wants them. 2 haven't even been worn. I just want to get rid of all things rotary and forget about it lol. This can all be shipped parted out or picked up. Just let me know

Why do you have the rear half sitting togethor? That is the first part that comes off when disassembling.. I am interested if you can take pics of the other rotor / housing / iron surfaces.

Or did you not pull the rear eccentric shaft nut and just pull the front rotor section off forward?

Im confused. Lol.

 

I didnt pull the rear apart because I couldn't figure out how to get that big nut off the back I tried with an impact and no go. What I could do is take it to a shop and have them wrench it off tho. That nut is a f in beast haha

 

I will post up pics of the irons tonight when I get home from work. In the meantime I'll be figuring out how to get off nutzilla baha

 

I can only get pics of one iron until I get that other nut off.
