SOLD A YEAR AGO! Someone ressurected the thread...



I'm posting for the RX-8 club first, but if there is limited interest, they will go to craigslist and ebay.

For sale are my stock 18-inch wheels. I can sell either:
1) the rims alone. $450 or the best offer I get. Seriously, OBO is in effect.
2) the rims with the TPMS sensors and Potenza RE040 tires with about 7 32th's of an inch tread remaining. It's not much, but will get you through the summer. For the whole set, including the sensors, I'd like $550 or best offer.

I prefer local pickup, but I would be willing to ship the rims without tires, we can discuss the price for shipping. I am located in Carle Place, NY. Zip code 11514.

For those who doesn't know, the specs on these rims are
Bolt pattern: 5x114.3
Size: 225/45/18 They will take tires ranging from 225mm to 245mm in width. (stock is 225)

Details of wheel conditions: They all have minor curb rash. Please see the photos below for detail, and keep in mind that the photos are very close-up and make the blemishes look worse than they are. Seriously, from 2 or 3 feet away, they look perfect. I'm going out of my way to clearly show the rash.
Wheel 1 - nearly perfect, with a ~1-inch section of minor curb rash and a light scratch on one spoke face.
Wheel 2 - nearly perfect, with a ~1-inch section of minor curb rash. Spoke faces are perfect.
Wheel 3 - Three ~2-inch sections of curb rash. Spoke faces are perfect.
Wheel 4 - Two sections of relatively deep rash, but still not particularly bad. Spoke faces are perfect.
