i am in need of parts... i just bought a wrecked 05 shinka edition and after doing some research i have found that most of the parts i need can be from other models as long as its a rx8.

here is what i need:


oil cooler lines
passenger side air bag cover
condenser
over flow
right inner tie rod
right sway bar end link
right motor mount
right wheel speed sensor wire
left front seat belt
wheels
HID bulbs
air intake
exhaust

and a passenger side tail light for a shinka model

so if anyone has any of these parts please message me with part and price and location..thanks in advance!

 

all tail lights are the same for the 1st series, whether it be a shinka edition or not.

 

where in pa? what color shinka? theres a lady who lives by me who trashed the motor in her 05 shinka and her kid wrecked their bb 04 auto. idk what their doing with them but thought it was worth saying. maby you are close enough

thanks i didnt know that...i was told by a guy on ebay that the shinka is the only one that came factory with clear tail lights

Actually, Shinka tail lights are different: "Among the exclusive exterior enhancements are semi-gloss bezels for the headlamps and rear combination lamps, as well as dark-silver gloss aluminum wheels."

 

I have a white 05 bumper with fog lights.

what is the difference with the tail lights?

 

Supposedly the finish is the only difference.

 

okay thank you very much, so pretty much since im hvaing trouble finding the shinka tail light...if all else fails i can use one outta a base model for the time being til i find a shinka one.

I have the oem hid bulbs if you are interested. i think they are 4000K.
