2004 Flooded Rx8 Parting out

I have disconnected the battery before the flood and sealed exhaust pipes, but it did not survive, I did not try to restart the engine, but the dipstick shows clean oil without any signs of water.
So i decided to part it out.

Is the interior dash black? If so, how much for the center dash panel (the one above the info center)? I'm about to take out my lo-tek gauge pod so I want to replace it with the factory bit. PM shipped to Texas please.

And also this - F157-64-490A. It's an insulator boot. marked red on this diagram - Mazda RX-8
Also need the shift **** and steering wheel(without airbag). Red part of the leather is wearing out... PM me with prices shipped to 60005
