Hey guys, I just bought my 8 a month ago and want to vinyl wrap my doors also. It is a Whitewater Pearl and I already got a quote of $250 for both doors to be done. I just can't decide what color to go with...matte black or gunmetal? I am also going to have my stock rims powder coated to match. Let me know what you guys think.

 

I think it will look like crap (wrapped doors). The lines on the RX8 are not the same as the R8 and the look you are going for does not work.

 

I don't think a comparison between the R8 and RX8 should continue to be made.

Honestly if you're going to do a vinyl wrap on your doors and PC your wheels, you should do your trunk and hood as well. Make it a complete theme.
