Where do you park at work?
I just took a quick shot of my car at work.
good news - Yes, that is the brick wall next to me. And, yes, that is a concrete poll on the other side. NO door dings for me.
bad news - that is the sewer line running over me. Hope it dont break
Just thought I would share

I take two parking spots and use my car cover. I'll take a pic with my cell phone in a minute

Mine is not as protected as yours:
But it's not too bad. Nice wide spaces. Plus I always park next to the same 2 or 3 people everyday, so little risk of ding. I've got just one small ding in 4 years and even that one I know exactly where/when it happened.
Also, I always back into parking spaces; it's just my personal theory, but I figure the vast majority of parking lot benders occure when someone is backing out of a parking space. When I started here no one backed into the parking spaces. Now there are at lest 3-4 other people that do it (including the guy with the Mercedes).

Always on the last parking spot farthest right. Right wheels are as close to the curb as possible, or better yet there is a lined-out paint area on the ground for my right side wheels to rest on for even more distance.
First few months of ownership I picked up 4 door dings on my right side. Since then I've gotten my act together, and haven't had a single reoccurence.
I am careful when the parking lot is sloped down toward me. I'll make sure there are larger profile cars in the way to stop a shopping cart. I see this kind of stuff all the time in certain states, see pic. One day had two occurences: I saw a woman fiddling with a baby seat in an suv, just to have her shopping cart roll all the way down the lot. Then as I left the store, a man allowed his shopping cart to roll away. I caught it as I walked by, and told him he would hit someone. I'm just passing through that state and notice these things; those people live there and still don't have a clue.
Owned by a shopping cart. See suckers like this every day:

We have the Mazda row and nobody else is allowed in there. First comes an 2006 Miata, then an 2006 Mazdaspeed6, then my 2005 RX. Across from me is an older Miata.......(circa 02ish). Nobody else parks around us for at least 35 spaces! We all have an agreement to NOT hit each others car and the spaces are pretty wide anyway, but just in case. It's pretty funny...I'll try and throw the camera in the car tomorrow.

I used to park in the back fourty, when I went to the office. There is like 200 spaces used by 20 to 30 cars.
You can see all of these owners like their cars too. BMWs, Land Rovers, modded Subies, Corvettes, etc.

I park under the tracks of the airport tram. Not a good place to be in the winter, but I really can't kick as I save all kinds of money parking there over taking the subway...

just kidding. But in actuallity I park next to my boss; who graduated from the same University and drives an 04 Galaxy Grey GT, without rear spoiler. I should get a pic on Friday.

I park in a (somewhat) restricted parking garage during the evening. I have a spot on the very end by between a brick wall and a reserved spot that is always empty at night. If anyone hits my car they won't be driving away.
