What do you think?

Finally got some pics of my Ti 8. What do you guys think? I am debating on putting back on the stock fuel door.. but a few people have told me that it compliments the wheels.. any suggestions?

Is your top left strake crooked? As far as your fuel door mod goes, it's a personal choice of course. Your car - your taste

Nope, I just went out and looked at it. Must have been the way the light was hitting it.

Thank you guys.. They are Mille Miglia EV-R in 18x8 front and 18x9 rear.. I got them from Tire Rack.. They accept the TPMS just fine.. They aren't that expensive either.. I only paid $225 ea.

I was considering a chrome fuel door for my titanium 8, but after seeing how the colours look there, I'll pass.

The strakes are cool though, and I like the look of the clear corners. Wheels are pretty nice as well.

Thank you. I have the satin finish fuel door. I like the way it looks with the titanium gray better than the chrome finish.. that and the satin finish goes better with the finish of my wheels.

The rims kinda remind me of the stock 16's they put on the base models. Looks good though, not my stlye. Any pics of your shifter?

I have never seen anyone with stock 16's.. I almost forgot that they actually had an option to come with stock 16" rims.. Pics of the short shifter to come later today after I get home from flying.

Looks phat!

Personally, I would ditch the fuel cap and drop it an inch or two.

Probably going to keep the fuel door on. I haven't seen another 8 with one yet in my area. It should get lower once I put the RB springs/bars on. I think that's about 1" all around.. not sure, have to look at their website again

Actually, they are 100% easier to clean than the stock rims. They are more open which makes it easier to wipe them down.

***EDIT*** Here's a close up of the wheel, those are water spots on them, I had just gotten done washing the car

I have about 100 miles on the new rotors now. It took about 50 miles for the rotors to brake in initially. My 60-0 stopping distance is at about 100 feet now. Which is a noticable improvement. Brake dust doesn't seem to be any more or less. I highly recommend them.

Pictures don't do the rims justice. You'll see at the meet on the 25th. Then again, in general, pictures don't do any 8 justice.

My honest opinion is that the rims don't compliment the styling cues of the RX-8. But it is your car, do whatever makes you happy. Some people dislike my rims too

Yup, I agree. I'm very happy with them and I think they look much better than stock. To each his own right? Nothing is wrong if it looks good to the person owning it.

Keep the fuel door. I have seen it in person on a Titanium 8 and it looks great.
