What is this called?

I was looking at the r3's and I noticed something on the front bumper that I liked. I was wondering if anyone knew what it's called.

Err...it's a part of the front grill on every S2, not just R3s. All it really does is holds your license plate holder, and hides the tow hook locations. Why do you ask? Just out of curiosity?

I'm asking because I want to get one for my front grill to cover up the foam behind the bumper lol do you know the name of it?

I don't understand....you're missing your grill all together, or what? That plastic piece is a part of the whole grill...if you don't have an S2, it won't work. Notice in the parts diagram:
