Welcoming myself to the board with pics...

This is my 2004 Titanium RX-8 I've owned for about 3 weeks now... and I love it - of course.

I took these pics (on film) yesterday, and couldn't wait till I finished the roll to see the pics, so I finished off the roll - with more pics of the 8

And I know that I need clear corners!

That's ok... I'm not new to car club message boards... and I've been on this board since I got the car, just never posted.

And I agree - Darin, why DID you make clears, if your own car doesn't have them? :p

I'm more worried about YOUR car, Nick...It's more important for YOU to be happy. I sorta LIKE ambers up front.

:D

Don't make me whip out that SportsIllustrated picture "I" did a couple years ago...

:p

Welcome welcome! Titanium is money. One rule: don't whine about gas mileage.

[edit] Thanks for the welcome - and about the Titanium - we (the 8 is mine and my wife's first new car) were originally considering black or red, but then this one came along at a good price and we really liked it. Without it, I wouldn't be in an 8 [/edit]

and don't worry - dmp already learned that one from me :D

Welcome...

Oh, and no complaining about a lack of power either. We already have enough of those going around.

"What I got it for" is hardly valid in my case, considering all the "dealer rebates" and everything - then they increase the price for who knows what. Anyway, it is an automatic (yes, by decision, and yes, my last car was a manual, so I realize the difference, but with all things considered this was the best decision) with the Sport package, Appearance package, and rear wing. I test drove a red 6spd first, but this one impressed me just as much, and it fit our needs better.
