Video - Red hot headers on a Renesis

(I know... I misspelled Renesis in the Title)

If you thought the Renesis developed a little heat, just wait till you see this bad boy heat it's headers up on the Dyno!

Go to my site and follow the HOT links!

I was too busy checking out the "Mazdaspeed" emblem on the back of his 8. He could have atleast HAD something Mazdaspeed oriented on his car. You know, a bodykit, front strut bar, but no... kinda sad. Might as well slap a VTEC sticker or add an R-Type somewhere.

He does have a Mazdaspeed nose, sides, and strut bars. Alas his type R badge fell off and made him lose 2 hp.

I must be watching the wrong video, because that is most definitely NOT a MS strut bar. I do see the front and sides now that you pointed them out, but why mix it? Still doesn't justify the "Autozone" mod of adding emblems.

But anyway, the glowing header was a sight to behold. Damn cool.

EDITED - why am I offended by this stupidity? Moving on...

and just to think, by editing it a little more, you wouldn't have sounded stupid yourself.

To the actual topic, yeh, it got hot.

NoTears, you have contributed a wealth of information to my thread! Thanks for letting me know Charlie's car does not meet quality standards. I will be more careful in the future what I video. Please don't go back to view my site because I'm fixing to upload my run and I'm confident it will really make you ill.

Obviously by watching for such details as the Mazdaspeed embelm, you must have missed the other interesting ones--such as his dyno is over 200hp and 144 tq, and oh yea what is that attached to his ignition system----- and oh yea again---- that is not a mazdaspeed front strut but what kind of strut is it---have I ever seen one of those before? No you havent and neither has anyone else as it is custom made.
Please remember before being critical of someone to get your facts straight. If anyone around has earned a Mazdaspeed badge--the owner of this 8 is one of them.

Sorry guys, didnt mean to offend you by pointing out that your boyfriend's car has a crappy emblem on it. I made my opinion, and it is justified. If you dont like it, well, it may sting a little but nothing a kleenex cant fix. I'd like to think that a "Mazdaspeed" version would have more than 12 additional hp than mine did while it was stock.

Did you right click and download or just click on the button. Maybe best to download completely then view. If you keep having problems, please let me know and I'll upload a .mov file.

Yea its just a good example of one of the reasons Mazda put a double wall header on our cars! If anyone is running around with an aftermarket header then now they can see what is happening with it!
Apology accepted NoTears

That figures! I can always count on misspelling something. I really wouldn't mind if a mod would correct it for me. I knew when I quit school in the 3rd grade it would cause me problems.

Haha thataway! Mine doesn't work either. When I right click it does nothing. It's just as if I had right clicked on the white sides on the page. There seems to be no file there or something.
