Under the hood billet covers

I made some new covers for under the hood to replace diamond plate ones i use to have.

the front air diverter plate is still there, just covered by the grille for looks. i still need to machine the edges of that cover to match the others.

This billet grille matches what i have on the front and rear of the car.

ah, yes, that Alutec strut bar is FTW.

Where did you get it? Did you import it from Singapore?

yea strut bar is hawt.. everything else just looks kinda cheap though.. find a better route for your wiring on that amp, maybe get rid of the cheap fuse block thing, get all the mesh painted dark...

Hi Albert,

Thank you for your inquiry! Unfortunately, the Alutec special edition strut
bar for the RX8 is no longer in production currently. We do have the carbon
fiber type (see attached pic) & aluminum type.

Let me know if you're interested. Thanks!

I went to Jeremy Pao 6 months ago for the Alutec strut brace and got the same answer about the group buy. The company will no longer make it unless they get a group order of 25 and absolutely no one is turning loose of theirs.
I got lucky and got it from Jeremy on an inventory buy back. has one small scratch on the bottom side! no big deal unless the show judges are using mirrors to inspect my engine bay. whatever!
appreciate all the comments.
