Boy, last week a cat was dismembered by the main drive belt, and now squirrels...
Who says the RX8 isn't green. Also, per the pic "Awwww" |
At least you didnt start it lol. Completely know the feeling :P
Thats pretty freakin adorable. You should put plexiglass over it and keep it.

I think we can call the squirell ( ROTORNUT ) lmao...
What a cutie!
so wuz the word on the squirrel.. did he really sleep through that? I had squirrels tear through two of my tractors the past couple winters... little bastidges..
lol nice pics
kersh, epic...epic.
OP, that blows man. |
that is amazing
OMG! Get rid of it (kill it)
They are destructive little rodents and are very territorial. Don't ask how I know.... :( |
I had a rat make it's home in the air con unit - Made a nice nest of the insulation and ate the internal air filters .....I was wondering why the air con was non existent. Mr Rat met a very very quick demise
lmfao this is absolutely priceless. just made my day. bahahaha
Oh.................it's happened before!
https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...ghlight=rodent Check out how much the dealer was going to charge to get rid of it.....albeit it was in little chunks kinda like that kitty-cat about a week or so ago! Anyone remember the dude with the family of rats in and out of his car while it was being kept in an unattached wooden garage(like a barn)? That shit was classic! It took him months(if I recall) to get them all out and prevent them from getting in again. Ate his wiring and all kinds of stuff! |
The new K&N typhoon (squirrel series) intake :
You get the awesome intake noise plus the added cuteness of squirrel power (pat pendng) for double the panty dropping effectiveness . |
^................of course unless this rodent built that condo in less than a weeks time, it means the OP hadn't been checking his/her oil often enough!
i was thinking the same thing... is this your daily driver? how long was it sitting?
take it for a ride!!!!!!
My previous car suffered a similar fate. A rat was using the lower section of my filter box as a storage for dry dog food. When I took the car in to have the oil changed the service guys started laughing and showed me the lower filter side that was packed full of dog food.
I later found the rat dead inside the giant bag of the stuff. I guess he ate himself too deep into the bag and couldn't get out. |
awwwwwwwweeee
Wow that is crazy. LoL
Yes the squirrel was alive!!! It prolly made the nest yesterday while I was at work but who knows it could have been longer. The reason I checked today s becuz one of my coworkers who parked next to me told me that a squirrel chewed up his wires. So when I checked my hood this morning this little rodent showed up and schoked the hell out of me. Then we called animal control and by the time they got there the squirrel was gone from the nest. Just to be sure of myself I drove the car around the block and got some gas then I popped my hood again and that little rodent was still in there hanging by my washer fluid. I tried to get it out but it got scared and crawled even deeper to my car by the transmission. So after I got my gas I drove the shit out of my car to try and scare it away. When I got back to work, I didn't see it again so I'm assuming I killed it or its still hiding somewhere down there. As of 5:30PM CST there is no sign of any squirrel activity in my engine bay. You cant make this stuff up!!!! LOL
That is terrible ;[
CAR WASH TIME!!!!!..... take it to one of those auto wash places that has the undercarriage sprayers
Yes that will be the plan on Sunday....a major detailing of my car from top to bottom...inside and out
They sell squirrel repellent spray so I'd get some if it comes back
You killed it!? MURDERER!
You know I never thought of this until now but that could have been what those noodles in my intake were from since the lady before me stored the car every winter.
I'll check and see if I have a squirrel tomorrow morning..
Hope it met a quick demise so it doesn't destroy someone else's car.
thats crazy dude!

Here we see a member of the sciurida family, enjoying a nap in it's natural habitat, the Mazda RX-8. These magnificent creatures have been known to make homes in the most unusual places...
