TurboXS Soundclip

I uploaded this for Bindon, but decided to share with the rest of you. This is the TurboXS Exhaust and Racepipe combo. Really brings out the "rotary rasp" sound

I think it has to be under load, but I've had quite a few people tell me it shoots flames a lot. Any time I bring it over 5k rpm, I can feel it.

I am guessing that most of that rasp comes from the Race Pipe added into your setup. One of our locals has the same exhaust, and it sounds nothing like yours. Very cool sound, is it bothersome when you are cruising at higher speeds at all?

Its actually quieter when I'm cruising at say 80mph vs. 65mph or so. I don't think its bad, but I have had a few friends say it is. I've gone to a lot of people's houses and they always tell me they know I've arrived cause they can hear me.

Love that sound. Now I have one more choice on exhaust systems.
God,,, this is getting tough trying to decide on one in particular.

I could not tell from your video, but did you have to have the tips lengthened, or do they not affect your rear bumper, because you have an aftermarket kit. Our local guy, was melting the plastic shroud around stock exhaust exit points, because the tips ended well short of them. He has since had new tips put on, the bring the ends out far enough to clear the plastic, and the melting problem has gone away. It is jut something to think about for anyone buying the TurboXS system.

My tips are extremely close to the shroud, and I have had no problem now, or when I had the turbo on my car. I think it depends on the quality of the kit you buy.
