Transformer & Mazda...
Mazda should get in on the action. My children saw the transformers movie and my 13 yr. old wants the yellow gm camaro when she grows up.
My 6 yr old. has the toy transformer camaro and says he thinks its faster than my RX8. He say's I could paint my RX like the yellow transformer with a stripe.
They will not only make a killing but will have toy sales too!!

GM gave $20 Million to the movie so it's pretty much a given that most of the products would be theirs. Michael Bay actually mentions it in the Special Features disc.

By the way, they take a long time to get all the little pieces to transform....maybe it's because i got big hands, but it took me close to an hour. mine by the way is the same color of my 8...stormy blue.

An RX8 is much, much prettier than a camaro; wouldn't you say!! I think it should star in the next movie. They can use mine if they like!! BUT I have to drive it...

those rx8's are part of another transformer collection called the "alternators" which came out well before the movie and has nothing to do with the movie. I have 2 dodge vipers (a gts-r and a rt-10) and 1 Subaru STI which transforms. They had an rx8 also as one of the lineup. other cars are a jeep wrangler, corvette, mustang, etc etc.

That movie was one big advertisment.
And I couldn't help but laugh when someone told me it was made by Michael Bay. Esp after the "Imagination Land" South Park!

Jazz, the Solstice transformer, was originally supposed to be an RX8. The transformers toy called Jazz (Meister in Japan) is an RX8, and it pre-dates the movie. I believe before GM stepped in with their wad of cash, the on-screen character was going to stay true to the toy.

too add to your list there are: Gorilla's, leopards, spiders and so on. My 16 yr old had just about everyone of them from the original movies made.
They make excellent toys because not only can the kids transform then faster than any adult...they are good for their minds, problem solving...etc.

I bought mine off of ebay, paid $40. And my time was also close to an hour to transform. I sat there thinking there was a time when this was fun.
