nice... but you should break the engine in before tuning it imho! Are you going to drive it from when you take it from the shop to when the dyno day begins or what? :p

Only the housings and seals need to be broken in. I was told that my break in period is under 500mi. I want to have close to 1000mi before I hit the dyno. I'll be running Racing Beat's ECU flash until the dyno day.

I've got JPR's word. And for those of you keeping count...I last drove my car on 7/4 when I had the accident. It was driven from the body shop to JPR while i was on vacation.

I'm pleased to announce that the car feels really really strong. I will be running her at atco tomorrow to see my gains. But on the highway and ripping through turns...she is back and better than ever.

Seals and Housings were replaced, only needed ~500mi break in. I'm at about 600 miles now. I drove the car all night Friday->Saturday to get the engine ready for the dyno.

lol thx dave. In the coming months we will see how much it makes. I will be going through the normal MM submission service since I had PCM issues at the dyno day. But it should get up in the low 200s. We'll see if I can beat my track time at NJMP in the spring.

The RB tune is too lean to make more power.

Good luck with your future tune. It would be nice to see what some of these ported Renesis we are starting to see can produce.

thank you. I'm sure it will be all ironed out. I have set a goal to have the car ready to track again in the spring. New rims/tires and brakes. I want to be on that podium!

How lean is to lean? What kind of AFR are we talking about? Is the whole RPM range to lean, or just WOT?

Like in the 14's...on the graph it never went under 14.0. So when MM gets his hands on a working ECU...I'm sure that when the P2 injectors kick in, I'm in for a NA ride, lol.
