I'm also assuming that it is a gear shift indicator. Unless you could read Japanese and prove otherwise.

Acting in concert to Nagai electronic ultra shift indicator blue LED standard model No.4500-10 blue type illumination, it developed the new model shift indicator which adopts the blue LED which matches best. Furthermore the standard BASIC model and, from the Spartan setting 2 types of carbon look specification to the LED ring cover. While tightening from the cockpit of the car more, vivid blue indication furthermore raised visibility. It becomes the same specification as standard item No.4500 note) regarding the functional aspect.

It being in AT car main current, “the gear has entered into some speed even by at car, we would like to see” answering the demand that, “we want the indicator like the race/lace car by the MT car”, with the product which was developed as apex of the typical digital product of ultra, indicating gear position in large size LED in real time, it designates sport driving as more pleasant ones. While adopting large-sized blue red LED in comparison with genuine shift indication and guaranteeing visibility during compact design it condensed function.

The translation from the site on the product.

It is the Vertex. We've seen them in either Black or white where the lines aren't as pronounced as they are on this silver.
