Thought I'd start a timeline with my car and modding, it will be updated regularly.

Bone stock, the day I got her.



About a month later, strakes came into play.



Once the Mazdaspeed wheels came in, I popped them on (they were a freebie with the car)




Agency Power catback exhaust shipped out and I got the stealership to install it for me :D(nice and loud)




Clear corners for the win!



My Seibon TS style hood came in and me and a buddy popped it on in about 30minutes.

Dropped it ultra low with my HKS Hipermax RS coilovers installed care of Dales Alignment (great guys). Not to mention a little show n shine workshop on that last picture, thanks Gyro_Bot!




My new Sportmax XXR 006 18X9.5 wheels with Bridgestone Potenza Pole Position 960AS 275/35R18s.. DROOL :D







Racing beat front and rear swaybars with end links :D

The hood looked a little out of place with the MS wheels because it was the only dark color on the car. Now with the black wheels they go great together. Nice lookin car!

 

wow, you've done alot to it. just something i noticed, the first two pics...you said stock the day your brought it home pic 1 has strakes, pic two does not...weried.

anyways, i love the wheels. great offset, perfect ride height for the size/width/offset. not huge into carbon fiber hoods, but it doesnt look completely out of place because of the way the car is (black and red wheels really helps it work IMO). keep up the good work and keep us posted. I like these threads, hopefully ill be able to start my own work on my 8 after the winter.

Yeah, strakes actually came in December, I bought it in November, those are the first two pictures I took of it (before I got my Nikon camera)

^I got that hood, But when it arrived last week(after waiting 3 months) it was cracked, so they are sending me another one now

Yeah, Seibon took their sweet time with my hood too.. But it fits pretty damn good, and is in perfect condition :D

I had two people in my car the other day, suspension on full stiffness and it rubbed the rears around every corner.

If you stick your finger along the top of the fender there's less than a finger width of space there!

Also, I scrape my mud guards on my driveway EVERY day. Lower is no option ATM

 

oh man! that sucks!

 

just take the mud guards off!

 

Lmfao, I don't want to have to touch up paint my fenders every time I get two people in the car . Actually I modded my mud guards with a "repeated concrete shave" method, and it works really well :D

 

get rolled, and then lower. lol I want coilovers

 

My fenders ARE rolled. :D

Before I got them rolled, they were slicing pieces of my tire off.

The car is low enough :D
