The hood looked a little out of place with the MS wheels because it was the only dark color on the car. Now with the black wheels they go great together. Nice lookin car!

wow, you've done alot to it. just something i noticed, the first two pics...you said stock the day your brought it home pic 1 has strakes, pic two does not...weried.
anyways, i love the wheels. great offset, perfect ride height for the size/width/offset. not huge into carbon fiber hoods, but it doesnt look completely out of place because of the way the car is (black and red wheels really helps it work IMO). keep up the good work and keep us posted. I like these threads, hopefully ill be able to start my own work on my 8 after the winter. Greg |
Yeah, strakes actually came in December, I bought it in November, those are the first two pictures I took of it (before I got my Nikon camera)

I had two people in my car the other day, suspension on full stiffness and it rubbed the rears around every corner. If you stick your finger along the top of the fender there's less than a finger width of space there! Also, I scrape my mud guards on my driveway EVERY day. Lower is no option ATM :) |

Lmfao, I don't want to have to touch up paint my fenders every time I get two people in the car ;). Actually I modded my mud guards with a "repeated concrete shave" method, and it works really well :D

My fenders ARE rolled. :D
Before I got them rolled, they were slicing pieces of my tire off. The car is low enough :D Thanks for your "imput" :D |
