Snowed In

This is what I woke up to this morning. April 24th, in Northern Ohio. I think Ohio decided to not have a very long Spring this year and to skip summer and fall all together and just go right back to winter.

Not QUITE sure that qualifies for being 'snowed in', but still a sight at the end of April.

Where at in OH? My home town is around the Sandusky area. Doesn't look like the 3-5" the weather people were predicting.

Near Akron.

And no, there never was snow tires on it. I took it out that day and it was about 33 degrees. The roads were mostly wet so it wasn't too bad. The DSC came on a couple of times but nothing bad.

I have a mini-van I drive in the winter so this was unusual for me to be driving the 8 in snow. So it was a different experience.

Ha...go a bit north in Ohio...we have the lake effect....I have at least 2feet in my driveway. Apperently the snow plow guy decided that this snow must be outside of his contract. Doh! So yeah, even my beater car had snow up to the bumper. It wouldn't make it up the driveway when I came back....this sucks!

Had a good dusting in Columbus.
The official accumulation was 0.8" which was a record for the date.

Looks beautiful outside today. But very windy.

The tires that come with the 8 don't do snow well at all. But I've heard on other forums that if you get a nice set of all-season tires it does just fine in the snow.
