I guess you can call me a hater then. He might as well have lifted it and put 35" swampers on it. I like the rims but the front and the air suspension is pure rice. The 8 was meant to "go". But, it's his car and his money so.........JMO.

Dont matter Bro, I've done so many 8 with so many different variation, soon enough I learned everyone have their own individual styles. some like speed & performance, other prefer the looks & styles. Some do both.
Since it's a free country, evryone can say whatever they want, it's just a matter of how they say it.

i think its neat

not something id do...i like to race my 8. some people buy it to race and drive spiritedly, but that kind of stuff isnt for everyone. some people just want to look cool, let em have it.

The red one is very tasteful, i like the silver RX that has the contrast turned all the way up in the pic... very nice.

Somebody on a budget could get away with the setup on the red RX8. Throw lower profile tires on there OE rims and slam it. Very clean setup....

 

I'm sorry, slamming is just lame as hell. It looks like a leftover from the drawbridge jump scene in 2 Fast 2 Furious. By which I mean ricey as hell and ruined suspension. It's a shame they couldn't put that money towards buying some taste... or at least something useful.
