You don't get official senior status until you can start collecting Social Security. What is that 64/65 in most cases? Even then by todays standards 60 something is still sorta young.

You usually get the senior citizen discount in stores after 55 I believe.

You can join AARP at 50. The Senior Coffee at McD's & BK is 55. (I'm not a member and I haven't been to McD's to get coffee yet)
