Yeah, the few systems that I have seen, doesn't look to steady to me. The the wind blows, the doors will wobble. That's why most of them don't open all the way up at the shows.

You're right...you're allowed to make your car look stupid...and all the while I am allowed to laugh...

 

this is a stupid mod... on the other hand i'd really laugh if they could install that kit on my '96 Hyundai Elantra. Maybe i could also stick some neon lights all over the place, a spoiler the size of Switzerland, white stripes going through the length of the car and a ****-carpet interior.

now THAT would be sweet!!... or maybe it'd look as stupid as that mod

 

I don't like these but some of seen on an look awesome and I plan on doing the mod, plus some oen mentioned it most if not all vertical door kits swing-out and up, no limit you can ignore the up feature and open it like normal or swing it straight up then out, or out then up.

 

Don't hate on other members dude. That's just not cool.

A little OT, but take a look at this picture. On the right hand drive models do they really have to reach over the parking brake to shift? That looks nuts!
