Judge Ito'st burn-out video is the oldest of an rx-8 I've seen. It was posted last year around September of 2003.

If you look closesly i think those are temporary plates in the rear window...
Either a - he is doing that on his brand new car/motor
or worse b - doing that on a test drive (JUST PLAIN WRONG!!!)
